Gary and I wanted to thank you, Chef Lee, and the Aloha Events staff for making our wedding day experience so AMAZING!Gary and I were running around taking pictures during most of the cocktail reception hour but from what we heard from our guests, the service was stellar and the food was absolutely fantastic.
I’m afraid your poor servers were attacked by our guests trying to get more and more of the delicious appetizers.
What can I say/rave about our Rice Krispie wedding cake? WOW!!! Chef Lee did an amazing job on our cake! It’s exactly what I envisioned our cake to be. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how original, beautiful, and yummy the cake was.
Also, tell Chef Lee that our guests were so stuffed after eating her food at the cocktail reception that they surely didn’t eat “our” money’s worth at the All-You-Can-Eat/Drink reception at the Old Lahaina Luau that followed.

“I want to give a BIG MAHALO to Michelle and the whole team at Aloha Events Catering. It was a daunting task when I had to plan my Maui wedding from Canada, but Michelle had my back every step of the way. A couple of weeks before the wedding, my mom told me that no matter how much I planned, something would probably go wrong on the day of, and I was fully expecting something to. In the end, the only thing that was wrong was my mom’s prophecy. Everything was perfect!!! Michelle kept everything running smoothly and on time, and she was very thorough and intuitive to our needs. She recommended the most amazing Minister and DJ. I was also very impressed by the maturity and level of excellence of all the service staff. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The macadamia nut prawn appetizer is the best prawn appetizer I have ever had (it was really nice because Michelle presented us with a plate with two of every appetizer to my husband and myself once we had sat down for dinner as we hadn’t had a chance to try everything). For the main course we were served the Monchong (which I had never heard of before) and it was literally the best fish recipe I have ever tasted which is a huge compliment as I work in a very high end seafood restaurant in Vancouver. To this day, I am still getting compliments about the service, the food, the venue and the overall experience. Thank you again for making my day absolutely perfect!!!”

The food presentation was lovely (loved the dinner ware) and the various courses were delicious. The appetizers were great..it was very thoughtful of the staff to make sure I got some of them.
And oh the lamb chops, and I quote”the best passed appetizer ever” from some one who knows his way around food. Add that to you list of items. The sushi also got rave reviews. From the very beginning Cristina wanted to have you do the wedding and she was right.
