Chef Lee
Originally from Charleston, S.C., Chef Lee has been cooking professionally for 25 years. Her love for all things culinary originated in a Mexican restaurant in Charleston. After several years she went on to work for Apple South, Inc. outside of Atlanta, Georgia where she travelled the south-east opening restaurants for their Italian concept. She worked with the Director of Culinary Development and he became her mentor. It was this five year period that changed the direction of her life and further fueled her culinary passion. She relocated to Ft. Myers, Florida and began an eight year career with Metromedia Restaurant Group. She had always wanted to move to Maui and the reputation of Wolfgang Puck drew her to join the management team at Spago at the Four Seasons Resort, Maui.
With a diverse culinary background that includes Southern, Mexican, Italian, and Pacific Rim cuisine, she spent the last several years developing recipes that incorporate these styles in dishes that are unique and exciting. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Art.

Michelle Martinez
Michelle began her event planning career in 1993 for the University of California and re-located to Maui in 1997. Her experience in wedding planning, conference services, hospitality management, catering sales and marketing for resorts and restaurants gave her the foundation and knowledge to pursue the dream of owning her own business.
Chef Lee and Michelle have over thirty years of catering, sales, hospitality and operations experience combined. Having been an event planner on Maui for eleven years, Michelle has created events to remember for wedding couples, incentive groups, corporate clients and local clientele. Chef Lee brings inventive cuisine coupled with island favorites to our clients and her culinary training allows her to design and create versatile menus to capture the host’s vision and ensure unforgettable cuisine.
